Hi Kiran," I received a call from DHL and according to them, their delivery agent handed over the order to a random guy named WIll. You can confirm from them, (the DHL team). There is nobody by the name Will living in my building. I am not able to comprehend why the delivery guy handed over the product to any random person, when the package was assigned in my name. I told the DHL team to mark the package as lost, delivered incorrectly and start the claim process. I request the same to you if you can please start the refund process as soon as possible. I got very highly disappointed by distacrat and DHL services and I am never going to order again from Silkrute in my life. Neither am I going to recommend others and will always recommend the most negative reviews and feedback.
