Initially, it was rough and the colour did not release onto my brow at all. Like rubbing plastic. However, with regular use it started releasing a lovely, light brown grey shade and now few months down the line, I swear by it!

"I ordered a Sugar Cosmetics eyebrow pencil from Silkrute, but it turned out to be a very bad product. My mom only used it 4 to 5 times, and now the tip won't come out at all. There was very little product in it, and even when I fully opened it, there was nothing visible. I'm writing this review after a long time because my mom had mentioned it to me several times, but I didn't believe her, so I checked, and she was right."

So many things are wrong with this. 1. The actual stick is very delicate. In order to define your brows, you’ll have to apply pressure to get some colour out of it and that breaks the stick. The product is useless with a broken colour bar. It is easy to use as long as it doesn’t break off. 2. A lot of pressure is needed to add colour to the brows resulting in breakage of brow hair. 3. The colour bar feels very dry, like a crayon that has lost its lustre. Doesn’t really give the desired result. 4.Not a value for money deal. There are much better products available in the market. I have switched to powder type now.

I found it was very hard n dry not very creamy in the beginning of the top of pencil. Later after few uses the creamy part of the pencil stick came. Nice application. But need to be creamy texture at the tip wasn't there hence giving less stars.
