Slush is good. You cannot literally use it as a lip balm because it doesn't have a creamy base, it is more like a watery gel. But is really good if you've exfoliated the lips and applying it right after that. It'll keep lips plump. Also if using as a tint in a smaller amount, it gives a natural look to your lips, mends easily with the tone of your lips and doesn't smudge or feel heavy on lips. Is a good product.
