The first one I ordered came very well packed, was great quality and lasted a couple of months despite daily wear. So I ordered it again along with 2 more for gifting purposes and was so disappointed. Firstly the design of this one was different but decent. All three were crammed into a tiny plastic bag twisting their chains terribly. The other two had to be returned coz they looked old and had fallen stones. I decided to keep this one for now and though it looks like a poorer quality, am hoping it lasts as much as the first one Atleast. Basically, there is no consistency in their product - you can get a fab piece totally worth every rupee u spent and more (which I did first time. Too soon to judge the second one). Or u could end up with something that feels like a cheap trinket u picked off a random stall. Thankfully they have a returns policy!
