The product is beautiful.But i received a product with broken chain .So I ordered for a replacement and the product which I received for second time was even more worse.some of the stones were lying loose in the cover and some of them were broken too..This time there was no replacement option as this was already a replacement order.Just because I liked the product so much now I have placed a fresh order at a higher rate than my initial order.I feel really cheated by the seller.I think they have sent a defective product purposefully.Silkrute must have some policy to deal with such issues.

I ordered ignoring review comments believing that not everyone piece would be damaged but same happened. My earing was damaged plus one nag was out and not even available to stick back. Overall disappointed because it is beautiful but what is use if you can't wear when u need
