If you are really worried about the diet, then this one could be a good option.But please ensure that you do not add sugar or honey etc etc..The required sugar is already added into it and tastes good. No need to add extra sugar , provided you have included milk/ water at right levels.It is also recommended to have 50:50 ratio for milk :water.you can feel the difference.1 start is reduced for the pricing......Pricing is high....
