It's not a protein bar, it's a very healthy energy bar according to me. However, it does contain small amount of chocolate but that's what makes it taste good. I hate peanutbutter and other seeds it has but I loved its taste. 8f you are on a strict diet they you can eat it in place of normal dark chocolate to satisfy your cravings

These are great to throw in your bag when going out for the day for an extra boost of energy or to hold on for a meal a little while longer. So good. Chocolate can melt some on outer layer of bar but packaging is quality so no problem and can still easily eat still. So glad we found these! Plan to continue to buy so we can always grab one as needed.

Well its an energy bar. No one buys this for taste. If you are travelling and need to keep your energy going, this is good. It tastes like cardboard. I think its the grain. Oh well...as if Oats tastes any better.

The bars taste good with no sugar, just natural ingredients. The only thing I dnt like is added binders, glycerine & other stuff..... for longer shelf life I think .. wish it was more natural, would have enjoyed eating them more

I tried a snacking bar few days back which I had purchased from a store and I didn't like the taste much but these bars are tasty and healthy. Not at all hard to chew but moist and non sticky. Nuts and seeds are clearly visible and there is no chocolate layer or wafer inside to make it look bigger. It's a slim bar but rich in taste and texture.
