Advantages
The Almond and oats variant is slightly better in a way that it has more protein. This snack bar is a better option than the other variants since it has about 3.7 gms of protein. As compared to only 2 gms in other flavors. The crunch of almond is there in the bar. There are a lot of artificial flavoring and fillers to make it chewy and of course a lot of sugar as well. Still baffles me that the brand tries to push such things as healthy and a lot of people believe it at first glance. Please try to avoid such bars. Not recommended if you're looking for a healthy snack
