The 21 gram protien label is misleading since there's only about 8 grams of protien PER SERVING.You only get 21 grams if you eat 100gms of oats at once, which is just weird of anyone to do.So incase you're calculating the per serving cost of this product and buying it based on that- DONT.Secondly, why are the delivery times egregiously long no matter which city Im in and how often I buy it.

Alpino Super Oats are pretty good - I think the best in terms of the nutritional benifts they offer in the Indian market. They are pretty yummy too - 4 stars because I am not a huge fan of tough oats. These might be difficult for younger and older folks to enjoy as they are difficult to chew right out of the box. You'll have to let them soak for a while to soften them up slightly.
