Been using it close to 2 years. Quality appears to have deteriorated. Lots of very small bits and powdery stuff. Time to look for a different brand. I know you allow only reviews that help you sell a product and that negative reviews however valid they might be are unwelcome. I knew this review will not be accepted. But then why do you have to pester us for a review?

This is better consumed after soaking (overnight if possible) and boiling or microwaving for a few minutes more than rolled oats. That said, these steel cut oats are quite unique in taste and texture and I recommend it highly - you'll likely never go back to plain or instant oats. To the manufacturer: please maintain this quality and preferably moderate the price for us poor consumers

I am a regular oats consumer and have tried many brands. This one is just awesome. It's clean , very easy to cook, and just tastes great. I have tried both rolled and steel cut varieties. Would suggest soaking in hot water the steel cut ones for about 10 minutes prior to cooking if you want to reduce the cooking time. Can go for this brand without a second thought. Thanks Amazon always for excellent packing and fast delivery.
