Tatses good - i like to soak it in warm milk before having. I donot think 8.2gms protein from 200ml milk is standard measure! The cranberries in the muesli could taste better.

Tasty, healthy and nutritious. All in one package of all the things. Also with good raw products that are used in muesli. And its chocolatey flavor gives a great add on in the flavor. It has all the nutritious compound as well. If you are gym guy then it is also for you. It completes your diet etc. properly .

I've been using this since 3 years continuously. Since recent few deliveries, what I've observed that content is not so fresh and crunchy as it used to be earlier and also item received today is 2 months old manufactured.------------Further Updates:Now sending wrong items and old items have become more frequent. Out of my last 3 orders, only 1 was delivered correctly. On top of that, we have pass through their associates to get refund. As this is non returnable item we have to spend more time and money to get the similar item again.

The product ingredients are all healthy. It has a good mix of:healthy grains (rolled oats and brown rice flakes),"seeds (Quinoa, watermelon, flax and chia),"nuts (almonds and walnuts) anddried fruits (cranberries and amla)It has good taste. My 2 year old daughter also likes it. I have tried their Dark Chocolate Cranberry variant also. That is also very tasty and healthy.It has an excellent combination of healthy ingredients with good taste.I eat it directly for breakfast and evening snack without adding milk or fruit or anything elseOn having a detailed look at the list of ingredients, most of them are healthy. I am not sure if the Rice Bran Oil that they are using is refined or cold pressed. If they are using refined oil, then I would like to request them to replace it with cold pressed oil. I will also request them to replace honey and jaggery with other some other natural sweetner like stevia or fruit syrup or something else.So my overall rating is 4. One star less for the oil (they should specify whether it is refined or cold pressed) and the sweetners
