Dear tassayam," I was a regular customer of tassyam elaichi tea since more than a year. I always liked the blend. However, this time the quality is so degraded that it isn't worth ordering again. Since, this product cannot be returned - I'm feeling like cheated. There's no point in paying HUGE PREMIUM for drinking a local low-quality blend. Therefore, for me, its time to switch to some other 'trusted' brand/product.

Hello. I appreciate the efforts that might have gone in the development of this product, but even after experimenting with different methods of tea preparation, the desired Cardamom taste could not be derived. Thus, I am not quite satisfied with the blend. Thank you.
