The tea mix is good. But if you are looking for 100% Chamomile, this is not what you are looking for. This is a mix of Whole Leaf Green Tea, and Chamomile Flowers.So, you wont get the exact Chamomile Flavour. But nevertheless, it is soothing.I bought this for getting good sleep. Will update if this tea helps.

I can say it really had effect in improving sleep with very first time. Funda here is when drink a tea at night relax your mind make u feel light and release anxiety. I also heard and read on internet CHAMOMILE tea had some kind of sleep improving properties thats why i ordered this especially ONLY LEAF brand their products are very natural.Yes! This tea helps getting sleep better its my opinion cause I felt sudden change in my sleep quality.Additional information: add some natural honey while sipping that may improve your sleep

First of all, I have bought this product for my sister, so everything I am writing here, is her feedback about product. If you are here to get a quick response, she 100% recommends this 'Chamomile Green Tea'.Now let's get into a bit of detail. When she decided to buy this, she had no experience with 'Only Leaf' products. She had already used few other brands' flavored green tea (like TE-A-ME and Goodwyn) until that point but she was not happy with them and wanted to change the brand. Then she found this 'Only Leaf Chamomile Green Tea' and it has great user review on Silkrute. She decided to give it a try and bought it. FYI she also bought Rose and Mint flavored ones with it too.It arrived well packaged. When I opened the box it has 2 extra sample bags of different flavors as it was mentioned in the product description but to our surprise, they also provided 2 free sachets of honey.Now coming to the actual product. Tea bags were pyramid shaped which is usually better for quick seeping-in of flavors. You don't have to wait a lot for it to get absorbed. It takes around 2-3 minutes to fully seep into hot water.Another plus point is, you can make 2 cups of really strong flavored tea with one bag. Although, you can only do it at the same time. You can't use a bag to make one cup of tea now and put it aside to use it hours later, you have to prepare both cups at same time in order to use one bag twice.Flavor of this green tea tastes authentic. In comparison to previous brands it's noticeably better. It provides all the expected benefits of the 'Chamomile Green Tea'. It's very calming and soothing, especially in cramps. It helps a lot if you have problems with falling asleep. It also alleviates restlessness.

It giving soothing effect is yet to be assessed. Maybe having it regularly would bring out the effects in sleep n mood. But it does smell n taste like an unkept doghouse. I'm not sure if it's supposed to smell (n taste) like that or if this is the only one that smells like that but eitherways I'll suggest folks to get their multiple samples' set before getting this big one right away. So that you don't end up with so many beautiful looking tea bags which smell subpar.Packaging is premium though.But the smell- ugh it would be difficult to finish this one, but nothin shall go to waste.

Hated this tea. It was terribly bitter even though it claims to not be bitter. Sadly, am stuck with a box of 50. Don't be lured into buying it by reading the reviews. I also bought the Organic India camomile tea and that was mild and delicious.

It has only gree tea taste - bitterness.... Has mild chamomile flavour & small : it's not a very fragrant flower .... Hybiscus flavour was very good
