I ordered a pack of the earl grey tea. I received this pack, which says earl grey on top, but beneath that, is branded as Miracle Mint Tea. The teabags inside also have no printed labels, but infact the labels are attached separately. The tea has little or no distinct flavour. This is generic tea, marketed as a luxury tea brand.

For a year or two, TGL used to be an excellent brand, but this time I got a package of tea that smelt bad and tasted bad.I contacted support, and asked for a replacement, but they refused saying that I bought it from Silkrute.So, don't buy from this company unless you're okay with occasional spoilt tea coming your way and no help from the company when it happens.
