This first box was super. This one has just tea dust. As a result, the dust falls through the tea infuser and fliats/coats the bottom of the tea mug resulting in Very Dark and Bitter tea! I am informed that this item cannot be returned or replaced so I am stuck with anexpensive product that is below average! I certainly will not be ordering from this Company again and shall make sure I share this experience with as many people as possible.
