Too much and everyday might cause indigestion and skin complications but used once a week or so, it is harmless. Ice cream came out rich and creamy while being low calorie. I am very satisfied.

I had to use a lot of amount of the powder to get a thick consistency. Also, it gave a jelly like texture though it's supposed to be like slight runny gum.I used it in ice cream.

So the product is ok but there was a wrong Expiry date Printed on it. they need to improve their packaging. and they need to print instructions on how to use for Beginners. if someone is using i suggest using very cautiously it's very potent by using even 1 gm.
