Can definitely say it's not purely cheddar cheese and way too Salty!!!! but at the same no Nutrition Index is present on the box label. One cannot know about the mixture of the powder. Product not healthy and not consumable at all.

The only problem with the flavor is in stinks rather than a cheesy smell while using, but after a while it settles and tastes awesome. Keep it air tight and use asap after opening. Avoid the product if the smell matters to you.
