After trying almost 15 to 20 varieties of cheaper yeast, I tried this one. Although it is a little bit costlier, but the quality is off the charts. Worth every penny you spend.I would recommend this yeast to everyone and don't waist your money on cheaper ones, as you have to increase the quantity to be used in them.

This is more an instant yeast than an active one. Didn't work well when I added it directly to the flour. Worked ok the next time when i proofed it. My search for a true active dry yeast continues

Lovely yeast right there.. Made the most fluffy bread and cinnamon rolls I have ever made..! Ordering it once again just to stock up before it goes out of stock like all good things do..! Thanks to the seller, even without being amazon certified gave a free delivery..For activating sprinkle on half a cup of luke warm water(I use a kitchen thermometer so its 110 to 120 F) with a spoonful of sugar and keep it in a warm oven.. Foams up like shampoo..!!Never have unrisen bread again..! No disappointment.. Store in fridge or freezer for best results after sealing the packet..

Dough rises instantly with this yeast and I'm really thankful I chose this yeast for learning baking. It gives me confidence I'm going right and I can be a baker someday.... hopefully ??I preserve it using a plastic foil on top so that air doesn't trap in as the yeast dies instantly on the date of expiry so don't want it to be spoiled earlier.

Before using this product i have tried making pizza 4-5 times with using regular yeast and always get disappointed .......but after using this yeast i am in love with my pizza.it rises fast and pizza came out perfectly...i would love to buy in future.
