The can is a cardboard one.. Amazon needs to take care not to treat it as a tin can. One i got was damaged.. i cant return as I need it today.Will update the stars after using, as of now poor delivery.

The packaging is minimal plastic which is at least better than all-plastic. This is a big deal IMO. And then come the little single-celled microorganisms THEY RISE. If you are okay with a little premium price for the quality. just give it a go.

Dough rises instantly with this yeast and I'm really thankful I chose this yeast for learning baking. It gives me confidence I'm going right and I can be a baker someday.... hopefully ????I preserve it using a plastic foil on top so that air doesn't trap in as the yeast dies instantly on the date of expiry so don't want it to be spoiled earlier.
