Very good quality yeast. Activates literally in minutes once added to some room temperature water with a little sugar in it. Starts frothing up and bubbling away immediately. I’ve used it to make donuts and pizza dough so far and the results were absolutely satisfying. Is it a little bit on the pricier side for a small box of yeast? Yes. But the quality is definitely on par with the price.
