This is low carb high fiber and high protein atta. Good for sugar control. However difficult to diagest because of high protin. If protein content is reduced to 25% keeping carb low this will be best Atta.

Good for diabetic people but high protein

Used this while i was on keto diet. Taste cannot be matched with traditional chappatis however a good alternative who wants to quickly have a bite from the monotonous eating from the diet. Not really sure if it helps in weight loss, though i lost weight am sure it is a combination of my eating habits through out the diet cycle.

It’s definitely not a substitute for regular flour, taste wise. Tried baking multiple times with this, every thing ends up over denser, dry and has a bitter after taste. Same results even after resorting to mixing the flour 50-50 with regular flour. Not repurchasing.
