I had to talk to 7 reps for my return. And each time a new rep emailed me back asking me what my issue was. The rice bags and the dal were highly inflated for USA market. Then I was asked to pay for the return label. I then received ny label and I could not send the items back right away since I don't drive and in 3 days I received and email saying that there was no response from me so the ticket will be closed and will reopen after I respond. After having ne wait 4 weeks to come to a return resolution 3 days is all you guys could give me to acknowledge the return label? Was jo estly very happy to have found your site online because desibasket.com is what we used to use because we don't drive and they have give out of business. Was happy to discover you guys.. but
