I ordered atta for less carbs but taste of the atta is not good, can't afford to eat chapati of this atta .. after eating chapati of this atta feel heaviness as well .. breakfast bar was not that bad.. I wanted to order more product but not sure of the taste.. if the taste is not good we can take anything occasionally like medicine but we can't afford to eat on regular basis

Flour is good and One can easily make Chappati or puris with out any difficulty. Taste is good. Rotis are filling and You can manage with less number of Rotis. Use very hot water about 80% plus for each measure of atta.Regarding the chart it is not all that great as they claim. Lots of useful data not there. Did not find the breakfast energy bars that great either. Would give the Chart maybe 2 and the bars 3.5
