Have been using this atta for my mother who is gluten intolerant. The packs we received this time were 3 packs bundled together and batch no, mfg date etc details in a sticker on top. Other 2 packs had no such details. Given our past experience with this brand, we did not pay much attention to this fact.BUT this time the 1st pack we opened has a smell and appearance different from our last time's. My mother experiences discomfort as soon as she has rotis made out of this atta.We suspect serious malpractice by the seller. Either1) the packs are old and he is passing it on to customer to get rid of old stock. Or2) there is contamination with some other grain other than those mentioned on the packVery disappointed ??Giving a lower rating for these reasons. Hope some action is initiated

The quality and consistency of the flour is very good. It makes lovely gluten free chapatis, tandoori rotis and pooris. Haven't tried for other kinds of Indian breads but the 3 I mentioned turn out really well. The taste is good too. Overall a good substitute for regular flour, especially for those with gluten sensitivity, celiac disease and other IBD syndromes.
