This is my very first Silkrute review, and if the product had worked just a bit, I wouldn't be publishing it. This is far from starchy, as I had assumed tapioca flour to be. I'm upset that I purchased this product because it doesn't bind effectively and feels like magic sand.

It's yucca starch/flour. Not the coarse gum used to make actual tapioca. It can be used for other recipes like crêpes and such, as long as that is your purpose is. Otherwise, I'd look for actual tapioca flour.

Bakwas product. They didn't have oil in it at all. The upper layer of these seeds were not there. They have been tampered with. Not an original product. Would never buy anything from this brand.
