this flour contained gluten upto some extent although they claim it to be gluten free and also there was dirt particles in it which irritated my teeth while eating...highly disappointing.... i am on gluten free diet for past 2 years.. they are playing with somebody's health by making false claims

This is definitely not just amaranth flour. The flour after kneading had elastic nature and chewy while eating and had smell of wheat. Pls mention if you mix with other flours so that we can change our decision to buy this.
