Very short grain. The taste is 360° differ from normal white rice. So, buy it in less amount. Taste it. If prefer then go for the deal. Hard to boil in normal pot. Have to use pressure cooker. Much suitable for Kichadi than normal rice. Price is high. Helpful for Diabetics and Weight control. Useful in case of constipation due to having considerable amount of dietary fibre. Potassium relaxes the walls of the blood vessels. Magnesium acts as natural calcium channel blockers. Thus the brown rice may reduce the high blood pressure.But, people with low blood pressure should not use it on regular basis. Please note that it is absolutely not suitable for CKD ( Chronic Kidney Diseases ) patients for its huge potassium content.

I came across this weight watchers special while searching for brown rice and i was happy to have bought it. Helped with my weight loss plan. Not sure if this is in a lot of demand or there are no stocks, I have not been able to purchase 5 kilo pack again. Will look for it in stores nearby instead

It's all scam. The container seal was already opened and it's not even brown it's normal rice. I don't know at what level this brand is trying to cheat the customers. I won't recommend this brand. Pretty damn sure this won't even taste good.
