My dad who a diabetic since 15 yrs is using this since 3 months and his hb1ac results are within normal range. My suggestion: mix 1 teaspoon full of powder in a 100ml water 2 times a day after meal and swallow it. It has no taste and anyone can consume. Continue with regular medications. This is fod the patients who have high sugar levels even on medication. Suggest to use for 3 months and test hb1ac level . This is most accurate
