Dont expect the roti's to look and taste like wheat flour roti's. In fact it looks more like rice flour roti's, uneven and coarse. But the roti's turn out soft to chew and very tasty. As a keto dieter, this is a god send. Suggest adding a teaspoon or two of Isabgol for more pliability. Its a delicious alternative for wheat roti's though it has a distinct coconut taste. I got three rotis for 60 gram flour. Roll the roti's between parchment paper and then cut it with a round lid to get the shape. Else it will stick to the rolling board. If it sticks to the rolling board, you can remove it with a flat knife keeping its shape. I am satisfied with the purchase. Very high in calories so be careful.
