Advantages
The rice is small, and thick, and has a nutty/chewey flavor. The outer layer is pretty much intact, giving good nutritional value.However, I am not satisfied with the freshness of the rice. It has a slightly stale smell. Any more smell, and I'd throw it out as unusable.
