Considering the ingredients , the flour appears good for health. Although, its difficult to make chapatis until mixed with more wheat flour. Difficult to roll or prepare. Had to use it as am addition to the existing wheat flour to make it work. The taste is raw. I am not sure if it is one of the ingredient or an impurity, but there is some dust particles like feeling in the mouth while chewing which just doesn't feel good until diluted by adding wheat or any other flour.
