I was a customer of bb organic past two year...I make 3 to 4 time purchased through Silkrute...this time iam really disappointing of this product....there have some stone in the rice...I attached the picture too.....it's really critical to remove stone.. because the rice and stone are same colour...

My rice bag was defective it had insects coming out of it. I raised a complaint on the same day of receiving the product. Even after complaining for more than 4 time still didn't receive my refund. Every time I call they inform it will reflect in 4 hrs vut even after a month mo refund.
