Good neat package, clean, smartly delivered. Good. I bought this for rich nutrients as Quinoa has Carbohydrates 64.2 g Dietary fibre 7.0 g, Fat 6.1 g, Protein 14.1 g Protein & calories at par with wheat ie 15% & 362 cals for 100 gms. Item recvd has just 4% protein and 120 Cals/100 gms. Label attached. Wont buy again, will go back to Oats, 16% protein.

Cooks well in a rice cooker. Mixes well with rasam, sambar etc and can be used as a substitute for cooked rice. Am able to maintain muscle mass and strength but pants are getting loose eating quinoa. Zero cardio

I cooked this quinoa twice so far since purchase. Somehow don't get as fluffy as shown in YouTube vedioes. Don't know what goes wrong.. Quinoa is clean and good in taste too. Will experiment till I get required result. Finally got perfect quinoa.1 cup quinoa and 5 cup water in pressure cooker and 6-7 whishels and resting time of 15 minutes after. Results depends on water quality, cooker size and flame as well.

The grains are very small compared to other brands . Also it takes way too long to cook . The flavour is good though. Not fluffy but crunchy. I personally wouldn't repurchase.

**~ a video is attached for your convenience . The grainy crunch that it gives while devouring it makes it so yum and addictive . I use to make my rainbow quinoa salad and a pic is attached too. It’s cooked just like rice , first wash it under cold running water and then cook with water. The water will be absorbed and you’ll know that it’s cooked when quinoa gets broken and looks liked it’s been sprouted . I use it for my breakfast and for my salads. Definitely a great purchase but on the expensive side of course . I’d suggest you to be careful when washing it cuz it tends to flow with water and a lot might be wasted.
