Used this for the first time to make gluten free chocolate chip cookies and was a bit unsure of what to expect. But they taste awesome and it’s like following a regular recipe.

Don't mind the first few comments critisizing this flour for being gluten free. Its a good quality flour, amazing taste, doesn't feel different than normal flours. Since this flour doesn't contain gluten, when you'll knead it, it won't come & together be sticky just like a regular flour. It'll be crumbly after you knead it because it has no gluten in it. And the cooked product would be less spongier than we get after cooking flour containing gluten. As a gluten intolerant person, i am so happy that this is in existence.

The name suggests All Purpose Gluten Free Flour. The flour is extremely Grainy and would be a better fit for ‘Atta’ than ‘All Purpose’

Generally gluten free dough works best when kneaded with hot water and let the dough rest for 15min.1. This aata is very thick. It is difficult to see roll roti.2. You will need a lot of dry wheat aata to help roll. Which stick to this roti and burns when you put it on tawa.3. The roti is very hard and thick making it pretty inedible. You can use ghee to make parantha. That is the only form you can use it.4. It is difficult to digestP.S. I tried mixing with oats flour and besan to help make aata more managable but it didn't work.

Honestly the product lacks texture and taste. I found it too be crumbly with no taste at all. Rotis made with it are of extremely poor quality and border line inedible .
