Need better instruction as they weren’t clear.I recommend using a recipe from an Italian recipe collection. And it turned out great.My oven went to 450’ or 270 c so it was perfect.6 minutes. Turn pizza. 5 min. Voila. Complete.

It's a nice flour, especially for beginners. Easy to stretch. Probably has (added?) more gluten than other brands.However not very tasty, has a bit bland taste. If you want a super stretchy dough buy this.The price is also 1.5x more than the other brands.One star less for the taste and another less for the price.
