I received this with double packaging and I was happy that at least the company cares enough to protect the beans. I was in for a shock.When I opened the outer pack, the inside packet was already torn open in two places (refer image) and the beans spilled everywhere. This was at night when I was putting it to soak. I spent 15 mins cleaning up because the beans flew everywhere.I lost half the packet there only because I threw the fallen beans into the trash.The beans left in the packet were extremely dirty. Took multiple washes to clean. I feel this packet already fell and they scooped dirty beans and put the torn packet into an outer package. I feel this has been tampered with. I’m not even sure I will cook this tomorrow.I will not buy from this brand again, 100%.

Looks like the authentic turtle beans I've been looking for. However look at the mrp on the product. Paid 350+ mostly & got a broken packet. Silkrute resolved my issue. However, the actual retailer doesn't really have to charge twice. I assume even 225-250 would have felt just fine.
