Dont expect the roti's to look and taste like wheat flour roti's. In fact it looks more like rice flour roti's, uneven and coarse. But the roti's turn out soft to chew and very tasty. As a keto dieter, this is a god send. Suggest adding a teaspoon or two of Isabgol for more pliability. Its a delicious alternative for wheat roti's though it has a distinct coconut taste. I got three rotis for 60 gram flour. Roll the roti's between parchment paper and then cut it with a round lid to get the shape. Else it will stick to the rolling board. If it sticks to the rolling board, you can remove it with a flat knife keeping its shape. I am satisfied with the purchase. Very high in calories so be careful. For those on calorie restrictions, try Sonal Food's Vegetarian keto roti made with coconut flour on YouTube.

I bought 4 packets for 499/- each in May 2019. I used two packs until now. When i tried to use the 3rd pack ( expiry date is only October 2019), i found that the content has become like a solid rock inside the sealed pack. The 4th pack was also the same. Pls see video. For such expensive products within expiry date one would expect usability. Now I can’t return it as return window is closed. Maybe one should only buy one pack at a time and this expiry date has no relevance. I have lost nearly 1000/- on the balance two unopened sealed packs.

I purchased this NutroActive Keto Atta for the first time and i would like to tell that i have found the flavor of coconut is too much and after eating 2 chapattis (65g) i feel like uncomfortable due to high flavor of coconut.I suggest those who don't like coconut please don't buy it.

I decided to try this New keto diet and started looking for food, which I can include in my diet. This is when I stumbled upon this keto atta on Amazon and decided to order it. And believe me this is the Best thing I did for my keto diet. It’s amazing just like your usual atta you can try and experiment with this one ...to make ample of dishes like I did. I made keto pancakes, Paratha, soup, smoothie, Chilla etc using this healthy yet delicious atta...I highly recommend everyone to try this out. I have added some pics of some recipes I tried with this keto atta. Do give it a try specially if you are a vegetarian and want to try keto diet.

For a North Indian , Roti is important. You can eat almost all the veggys you make at home and just as u make it. Just change of OIL maybe for keto. I use Olive. This flour has coconut which is clear in description but I was not aware the taste will be so strong. Plus u cant make it like ur basic Roti. Its like bajre ki roti. Very filling n difficult to make ( who does not know the method. Like Me. will face issues) I tried to make a dosa kinda mix and use ...still same taste and no fun. Out of 3 only half is used. The quantity is Good . Next I'll try making bread out of it . I dont think I will buy again once over . If you are starting like me.. start with a small pack ..

First of All Folks, just chill. Whosoever is claiming this came in as a brick, obviously have never encountered vaccum packaging,where you suck out almost all the air from within the package. With no space remaining between the atta particles to move, obviously this will feel like a stone, until you cut open the pack. Kudos to the Nutroactive Team for such thoughtful packaging.Now coming to the product, this is a Ketoer's prayer answered. If you crave anything made from flour, be it puri, paratha, pizza, pancake, pasta , this is your answer. Heads up, there is indeed a fine nutty smell, coming from cocount and groundnut, but not at all overpowering, as has been claimed. I, infact, dig the toasty smell of chapatis and parathas, that we dished up using this flour.Once again, hats off to the NA Team. Please dont stop producing this.BTW, lost 10kgs on keto in a month and half ;)
