Powder is uber smooth (like it should be) and works well for cosmetic purpose. Have not tried in food yet. We also tried this as an alternative for carrom powder and the smoothness of the powder made the carrom coins move like crazy :)

I have used hokemade authentic ones in the past. This one is mixed with other material its not pure arrowroot powder. Avoid buying this. The taste the consistency everything is off. Dont waste your money on this
