I have used almost all the desi cow ghee available on Silkrute but the quality of ghee from the house of Gau Amritam stands out for its quality, aroma,and taste.I have used two types of ghee made by gau Amritam the jain mariyadit ghee and this one. Both are equally good. But personally I prefer the yellow color of this ghee. The only downside is the cost which is about 3000 rupees for a litre. But because of the quality of the product I have decided to stick to this ghee only. Highly recommend.

This is the first time I ordered this ghee after a lot of research. The aroma is really good. The thickness is good and consistent and the good part is it melts under body temperature which is a key characteristic of pure ghee. This ghee used for taking daily one spoon with Boiled Rice. Used to put in Roti & Bread. This is the best ghee made out of Dahi & very good test. Replace Edible oil with this ghee to prepare any type of food. Used to relese pain in teeth ,used for skin crack,malice for joint pain etc. extremely good
