Delicious ghee with nice aroma. Good for consumption along with food. The aroma is good and gives a nice sacred feeling and I use it in lamp while offering prayer. I would prefer refill pack over jar. In the interest of all there should be safe disposal mechanisim of used and empty jars as piling of jars will affect earth, water, air etc.

This ghee tastes alright, but is very golden yellow in colour. I have always used Nandini or Amul ghee which I feel taste better and have a natural creamish yellow colour. I wouldn't recommend this or order it again as I am unsure if it is pure ghee.

Great aroma, good taste and reasonable pricing. The product came in a jar of 1 litre capacity. Smell it once and you'll fall in love. Ghee has various health benefits as well. According to ancient Ayurveda cow ghee is full of essential nutrients, fatty acids, antibacterial, anti fungal, anti-oxidants and antiviral properties. It is cool, sweet and full of saturated fat. You can add 2 teaspoon of it on your cooked food during lunch or dinner or you can use it in cooking. If the ghee is in solid state then warm it for some time till it become liquid. Keep in mind that if cow ghee is very old then it is more effective. It is safer than butter. Now you understand how the Punjabis have tonnes of ghee and still are fitter. It has been used in Indian medicinal practice to help with ulcers, constipation, and the promotion of healthy eyes and skin. Ghee - Often blamed for obesity and heart diseases, is not that bad after all.
