Badri Cow Ghee is A2 Ghee made up of Himalayan breed desi cows milk. Badri cows are free-grazing cows that fed on Himalayan medicinal grasses hence their Ghee is highly medicinal & nutritious. Badri cows produce 1/2 to 1 litre of milk every day whose production is a lot less as compared to other cows but the quality of milk is very high. 1kg of Badri Cow Ghee is made from collecting 28 litres of milk. Badri Cow Ghee is made using traditional bilona method first milk is curded into curd then buttermilk is made using the bilona method then Makhan is separated from buttermilk and last Makhan is melted to make Ghee.
