Normally I don't write many Silkrute reviews but I actually had to come back here and write one for this one. This does not taste like any mayo/caesar salad dressing I've had in my life. The taste of cheese is just too strong, and more so, it tastes like powdered cheese mixed in it. The consistency of this dressing is thick - some may like it, some may prefer a more runny consistency like Miracle Whip, maybe. Unless you're into strong, cheesy flavours, I'd recommend you skip this one.

This one has a fermented mayonnaise-like taste which is at the time so strong it overwhelms the flavor of the food it's used on, this is a no no. Or maybe that's because it's too chilled? Anyway southwest and honey mustard are better, this one's not worth it.
