I've bought this product a few times now. Quality is alright. The convenience of readily dissolving clean jaggery is a trade-off with the traditional jaggery that needs to be dissolved and cleaned before using in a few days. Packaging is the only issue. Very flimsy packets and there's no cushioning in the Amazon bags they seal them in. They get treated like sand bags while being shipped. All packets had burst open and spilled into the Amazon bag. That bag too had developed a couple of tears due to bad handling.

Excellent product. I bought the powdered jaggery and whole palm jaggery .Product is little expensive but worth every penny.Simply add the palm jaggery powder to any dissemination is sweet dish you are preparing. Tastes excellent.No dust,or sand particle to worry about.I did buy other products such as millet flours from this company.Though little bit pricy all the product s are worth the money. No need to double check for dust or sand.
