The jaggery powder was not clean, having solid impurities, making it impossible to eat after the first time. So, though B&B Organics's effort at making jaggery powder is laudable, the powder being unusable, is a waste of their effort, and my money. Kindly try to purify it, on lines of Dhampur jaggery.
