I got carried away by the reviews and decided to order this jaggery packet from Amazon. After receiving it, I took a few days to open it as I did not require it immediately. When I opened the packet I was shocked because what I saw wasn’t anything close to what the original jaggery looks like. I know it because I have used this product in the past. The jaggery looks very old, and has these white spots on it which could be some kind of fungus. I am totally disappointed with what I have received and am unable to return it as I opened the packet at my convenience. I hope Amazon looks into the matter and I would recommend everyone to buy it from a normal shop rather than getting cheated like this.

Product quality is very good hence I ordered this jaggery. But I received only 3packets out of 4 packets , that's really disappointing . When I reached out to Amazon customer service it was even more pathetic. They said they cannot help on this order at all . Disappointed with Amazon.
