Garden of Saints Mamra Almonds are one of the best I've had in years. Almonds are good in size, and taste very fresh. Truly impressed by the product, packaging, and delivery. Finally, after a lot of effort, I got what I was looking for. I use them by soaking in a glass of water and having them in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Just one a day is powerful enough, though they're so good you can't have just one. ??

Most of the Badams are sweet, usually Mamra badam are a bit bitter like when you break an almond from a wild almond tree how it tastes, but these almonds are neutral in taste but does surprise with a few bitter ones means more oil in'em. So it's good. Good for kushti and dangal wrestlers.
