Trust me you shouldn't be buying this. I thought these once will be good. Every other almond in this pack is a bitter and it has some wieard stong taste , I vommited whenever I had these .Bought two packets I don't know what to do with second pack. Waste of hard earned money.I won't even want to give 1 star.

I didn't expect this to be this bitter. My tongue started burning after eating this. If anyone is planning to eat it raw, then I must say you must betotally comfortable eating a Bitter Gourd/ Karela. I thought i will add this in my gym food plan, butit's impossible. Now I am planning to use this as face pack or hair pack, let's see how that turns out.To conclude, don't buy this stuff if you want to eat it. PERIOD
