I recommend this and will mostly be repeating my order when I run out of my current stock. ORDER and ENJOY.Detailed Review:Dates are a part of our food/meal/snacks - everyday. So, I order and consume high quality products regularly. While I don't mind paying the price, I expect the quality to match the price I pay.The seller/owner of this business, contacted me to understand the issue I had faced in the 1st delivery. His team had reviewed the product pictures I had posted and were curious to know the details. I found his email communication and telephonic communication VERY PROFESSIONAL.Here are my thoughts on the experience:The outer packaging was awesome - metal tin/can. No dents/bends/bruised edges on the outer tin can packing. A Great feat achieved. It's wonderful to gift. Totally worth it.The idea of encasing the dates inside a brown paper was also thoughtful. Full marks for that. It just enhances the experience when you 'greet' the product.We concluded that possibly due to supply-chain related matters, the batch I received was not up to the mark. The seller and his team offered to send me a replacement box so that I can experience their real quality of product. Given their gesture, I agreed. I also shared with them, that 'possibly due to the heat wave conditions' prevailing during the time of this order, the paper packing inside the tin/can was absorbing moisture from the dates - making them dry. The seller listened with the intention to understand what may have caused a rare bad experience.I must say, I was very happy with what I received from the seller as replacement. This time I received a different packing - Plastic Can, with a sealed top cover (metal), then a plastic air-tight outer cover. I have shared a picture. The dates are now really up to the quality I expect and what was provided in the description of the listing on Silkrute. I am fully satisfied with this replacement batch. The dates are AWESOME. Just like how Kalmi Dates are meant to be. I am convinced that this is a vendor/brand/business which is careful and intentional about providing a high quality product to their customers.Thank you for being a thoughtful business, who reaches out to customers for feedback. I liked that about you for sure.Based on my experience with this brand/seller/their team, I am convinced that they have good intentions, and want to provide the product as best as it is when in their stores/warehouse. The seller will benefit with some focus in quality assurance of your product/supply chain (especially if it's stored at Silkrute Warehouses - for long).To the seller and the business - THANK YOU. Very HARD dates. Never buy. Only the tin is attractive. Huge mistake buying this.Updated: The seller contacted me and sent across another batch of dates. The new batch was Excellent ! Sweet, not hard, and very tasty.

These dates are bigger in size, tasty, and nutritious. These are much better in quality than the ordinary dates available in the local markets. I loved the tin packing, which can be reused as a beautiful container in the kitchen.
