The walnuts have totally gone bad. Due to covid issues, opened the pack late. Though it is a non returnable, since it is quite expensive, request for a refund or fresh item. How can we expect such a bad quality in dry fruits.

I have been sent old stuff. I opened it 4 days back and when you eat the walnut it is stale. The sad part is I have opened one pack and I wonder how to return it.?im a cancer patient and have to include it in my diet
