Toordhal kichadi is good in taste,even my kid liked the taste.eventhough the quantity seems to be less ,being redrice and dhal the main ingredients which is loaded with fibre,it fills the stomach and the hunger pangs are satisfied.I recommend to carry this product during travelling who don't prefer hotel foods.good on stomach,recommended for elderly also.Perfect blend of spices,not too bland and not too spicy as well.
